Its not going to be something that, Oh my gosh, it just was so simple. Its always going to be difficult. Ive got a personal growth plan and Im intentional in this, and Im doing this on a daily deal. If you could say that to me, then Id say, Hey, were in good shape here, were in good shape because thats the key. What are you doing to develop yourself? Thats what makes things better. Talk a little bit about the power of having both of those, how you come to them in your growth journey, and then what that looks like. Im just consuming that and digesting it. I like things that turn out better in the organization or in my family, whatever it is.
